What is the Great Indian Hackathon?

The Great Indian Hackathon (GIH2024) is a beginner friendly online-first event offering a comprehensive experience, including a 5-day Android internship, support from industry developers, an Android MOOC course, skill badges, swags, goodies, gadgets, and paid internships. Participants receive three certificates (Hackathon, Internship, MOOC course) for activity points or university credits, with winners getting two additional certificates and a chance for a stipend-supported industrial internship. Designed for both coding novices and enthusiasts, GIH2024 provides necessary training before the event, making it an all-in-one opportunity to enhance skills and boost resumes. Dont know coding? Yes, this is your chance to go from coding ZERO to coding HERO. Ready to get started? Scroll down to find out how!

Who is it for?

The Great Indian Hackathon is exclusively for students who are new to coding, not coding experts.

This means the majority of Indian students can participate

This will help us fulfill our dream of preparing more students to be proficient in coding and ready to excel in hackathons.
